About billy

After decades of executive leadership in global supply chain roles, Billy Duty founded Duty Global Consulting to provide focused, practitioner-led advisory support to organizations seeking disciplined execution.

Billy helps companies make their operations actually work the way they’re supposed to. He works with executive teams to turn high-level strategy into clear, executable plans that drive real results across complex, global supply chains.

His experience covers SIOP, demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics, and operational excellence. He focuses on building resilient, data-driven supply chains that are built for execution. The goal is simple: improve service levels, free up cash, stabilize operations, and support growth without creating unnecessary layers or complexity.

Billy’s approach is practical and hands-on. He doesn’t just design frameworks; he helps implement them and leads the change that makes them stick. He works across planning, manufacturing, procurement, finance, IT, and commercial teams to align decision-making and shift organizations from constant firefighting to disciplined, predictable execution.
